Meet Fit Mom, Jess, who is sharing your amazing transformation today of mind, body and spirit!
Married to her college sweetheart for 15 wonderful years, she's the proud mom of two amazing boys and has been a dedicated high school teacher for over 20 years. Her favorite things include drinking coffee, reading, spending time in nature, walking with her husband, talking to her kids, and cheering them on as they play soccer or Pokémon. A self-proclaimed dog lover, she adores the faithful companionship of her furry friends.
What’s Bringing Her Joy Right Now:

How to Stay on Track This Holiday Season:
Focus on the Choices You Can Make
Thanksgiving is one day, and holiday parties might only be a handful of events.
Even if there are 10 moments that could derail you, that leaves DOZENS of opportunities to make healthy choices in between.
Let Go of All-or-Nothing Thinking
Enjoy your holiday meals and treats, but don’t let one day turn into a week of overeating.
Example: Celebrate Thanksgiving, then start fresh on Friday by returning to your non-negotiable healthy habits.
Set a New Fitness Goal
Make your health journey fun by choosing an exciting goal:
Join a gym before the January rush.
Work on a pull-up or push-up goal.
Train for a 5K in January.
Start an ab or plank challenge!
Choose What’s Worth It
Decide ahead of time which holiday foods you truly enjoy and skip the rest.
You don’t have to eat everything—focus on the dishes that are meaningful or irresistible to you.
Stop People-Pleasing
Don’t feel obligated to eat something just to make others happy.
Set boundaries and remember that you are responsible for your health, not anyone else.
